Today is one of those rare  days when all the numbers, month/date/year line up.  A numerologist heaven; 11 is considered a master number in numerology.  According to Token Rock:

People with an 11 or 22 appearing in their name or birth date are endowed with special gifts of leadership and high-level inspiration, but they are also very challenging and highly paradoxical. They radiate enormous potential, accompanied by a high level of inner tension resulting from an overwhelming desire to achieve something extraordinary.

The 11 has all the aspects of the 2, enhanced and charged with charisma, leadership, and inspiration. It is a number with inborn duality, which creates dynamism, inner conflict, and other catalyses with its mere presence. It is a number that, when not focused on some goal beyond itself, can be turned inward to create fears and phobias.

The 11 walks the edge between greatness and self-destruction. Its potential for growth, stability, and personal power lies in its acceptance of intuitive understanding, and of spiritual truths. For the 11, such peace is not found so much in logic, but in faith. It is the psychic's number.

However in medeval times, numerologists — those who searched for the mystical significance of numbers — believed all numbers had both positive and negative aspects … except for 11. In the words of the 16th century scholar Petrus Bungus, 11 "has no connection with divine things, no ladder reaching up to things above, nor any merit." Stuck between the divine numbers 10 and 12, 11 was pure evil, and represented sinners.  So how did the 13 get such a bad rap? We still have the 11th floor in buildings.

So if today is your birthday, you have big shoes to fill. Either your day will be magnificent or horrible.  Or maybe it will be just like any other day.  I am sure there will be a surge in marriages, the purchasing or lottery tickets, and at the tracks today; people aren't going to miss the chance to win big.  Maybe I'll go buy a lottery ticket.  Since, today is my birthday I will let you know tomorrow how it fares for me.
