I attempted to make samosas for the first time the other night. Correction, I successfully made samosas, however the shape looked more like empanadas - but that's okay, right?
They were absolutely delish! I could not eat them fast enough.
I used the recipe over at Veg Recipes of India, I'm not going to repost it here, because there is already a fabulous step by step instruction on how to make them. The cost for the samosas came out to less than $1 per samosa. You can't beat that cost at any Indian restaurant - at least not in the United States.
