Saturday Song

My Saturday song selection is a little late today, but it's a goodie!

I am a huge fan of one of the local radio stations here, and recently a new show aired featuring three local DJs.  I know one of the DJs and was very excited for him when I found out about the show because he has stellar taste in music. 

The show, Night Visions, "focuses on obscure pop, garage rock, electronic music — and other genres, too — that aren't played frequently during the day.  The hourlong show is helmed by DJ Sam Sneed and OK Deejays (Aaron Chadwell and Alex Bell), fixtures on the local scene. “We're trying to represent under-represented artists,” Chadwell said. “We're just trying to be educational and informative.”

Night Visions plays at 1 a.m. E.S.T. so I can't always listen to it, but I always check out their play list the next day because they have some amazing songs.  Today I checked out a song they played last night and fell in love!
